Dr. Aurelia Deseanu
Meet Aurelia Deseanu MSN,FNP-BC
NY board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and one of the founders of A&A Magnifique Aesthetics. Aurelia graduated from PACE University NY and has over 16 years of experience in the medical field. Her passions were always medicine and art in which she completed 2 years of fashion design studies in Europe. She believes that the field of medical aesthetics is also an art which gives her the opportunity to combine her medical skills with her artistic eye. She has extensive training and experience in woman's health, family medicine and aesthetic procedures.
She specializes in a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables (Botox, dermal fillers) and skin rejuvenation techniques. Her approach is holistic, focusing not just on the treatment but on understanding each client's unique needs and goals. She believes in enhancing one's natural features and empowering her clients by helping them feel their best in their own skin.
She regularly attends workshops and conferences to refine her skills and expand her knowledge, ensuring that her clients receive the safest and most effective treatments available. Communication is key to her practice. She takes the time to listen to her clients, providing tailored treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals.

Alina Ispas received her RN in Craiova, Romania. She moved to the United States in 1999. When arriving in the United States, Alina worked as a camp nurse in Georgia and from there moved to New York where she started her career in the Bronx. She received her Masters in Nursing Education from Mercy University. During her nursing career she worked as a Pediatric ICU nurse for over 12 years and once she became a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner she specialized in Women's Health. After her time spent in the Bronx she developed a passion for aesthetics.
As a partner of A&A Magnifique Aesthetics, Alina serves as our specialist in all services provided. She strives to provide comprehensive patient education for her patients to achieve their overall wellness goals.
